it's a......

So.... we still don't know. Apparently, our baby is either incredibly stubborn or lazy, because it wouldn't move around for the ultra sound tech. And, in the very non-informative way that the baby way hanging out, the lady who knew what to look for, couldn't tell. So, what are you gonna do.

We already have a pretty good idea that it's going to be a girl though. At my last regular check up, the heart monitor was broken, and an ultra sound machine was just hanging out in the hall way, so my doctor took a peek. She said, it was a bit too early to tell (this was at 17 weeks), but that she thought it was a girl. And, I guess she says that she's never been wrong before.... So, it seems that it's probably a girl, but who knows.

I don't know if I have any more ultra sounds in my future. I think that was it, but I'm going to tell my doctor what happened, and we just might luck out next time with another peek at the baby. And hopefully, this time, whomever it is, won't be so shy!

I guess I won't be able to buy that pink tutu onesie quiet yet! Oh, but look at the picture, it looks like the baby is sucking it's thumb!
