Who's Joe Bataan? That's an excellent question, and I, unfortunately cannot answer that for you. His show tonight at the Herbst Theater is the first show that I'll be working! Let me tell you, I've been talking to his fans all week, they are intense. They are all very talkative, and very excited to hear that good ol' Joe isn't dead. Wish me luck, although the show is no where near sold out, my bosses warn me that the fans are a bit high strung.Alex and I have a three day weekend, I'm very excited. I practically forget what he looks like, we've been so busy these days. Unfortunately our weekend will be a lot of cleaning, and homework. I think we might sneak off to a movie, "The Brothers Grimm," is directed by one of my favorite directors, Terry Gilliam. I hope it's a good one, Alex and I tend to shy away from non indie movies.
So, I hope all my dedicated readers are well, I'll keep you posted on the Afro-filipino man, and if anyone out there knows who he is, let me know!
