Well, not exactly these types of cats. I took Rocko in for his check up today. We didn't have a cat carrier so I used a cardboard box. Rocko was, needless to say, not ammused. In fact he was pretty pissed off. He mewed non stop, and was constantly sticking his head through the opening in the box. I was outside my apartment waiting for the cab I called (yeah, I thought public transit was just not going to do it for me today!), and Rocko tries to jump out of the box! I mean, the urban campers were actually licking their lips! Just waiting for him to bring them an unforgettable feast... cat a la crack. The cab never came. I walked a block and hailed one down, just like they do in the movies! He was the nicest cab driver I ever had, and when I tried to pay him with my credit card (which the his cab company didn't accept as a form of payment (the only one in the world who doesn't)), he took me to a bank at no extra charge, so I could get money out! We got there, Rocko is healthy and, according to his doctor, very handsome.
Back to the job hunt... so I have a phone interview at 6pm tonight with SF Motto, I'd be their receptionist. Pretty cool I think. And, I got the second interview for the place I went yesterday, but I don't know if I can handle the 45 minute bus ride twice a day. We'll see.
I think that's all for now, and besides, it's my lunch time! Now then, what shall I eat...
