it's been too long

So sorry, my loyal readers, it has been too long. I have been busy. I've been working full time at city box office, going to school, and writing a LOT. I'm currently working on two projects, that I want to eventually put into one big project. I'm writing a book of collective works. I've finished writing an incredibly long short story. It's about a woman named June, and what goes on in her head for 24 hours. Right now I'm in the process of editing that. Then, I'm also working on a play that I think will be a one act. It follows a character named Grace, and is much more complicated then my short story. Anyway, I eventually plan on writing more, and then putting them all into a book, that I will then publish (small scale), and try to distribute through local bookstores, open mikes (I'll do reading and then have my book to sell with me), and on my blog! So, in about a year, I hope to have my finished product, but I guess we'll have to see what happens.

I'm also busy because I'm going out of town this weekend, thankfully. Katy, my mother-in-law, is throwing Alex and I a reception in Salt Lake, and we're flying out tomorrow. I'm so excited to get out of San Francisco. Granted, I have been liking it more here, but a vacation from the ugly, horrible, creepy streets that I live amongst is a blessing! Plus, t's FREEZING COLD HERE! I'll let you know how it goes, I think it will be a lot of fun. Cafe Rio is going to be catering it, and those of you who know what I'm talking about, know that that is good news! Have a nice weekend!
