a very good day

So this has been a very good day. In fact it is one of two days that I have enjoied living here. A couple weeks ago, Alex and I went down to the Ferry Building to get some gourmet ingredience for tortilla soup, and it was really nice. Today is the same. I went to work, and that was great. I learned the two different ticket systems, I answered some phone calls, and I stuffed a whole lot of envelopes! In a minute or two, I'm going to hop on a bus and do some grocery shopping at Trader Joes. I'm happy here. I was even happy walking down my nasty street home from work!

The people at the office are all very nice, and helpful. It's a small office, I think a total of ten peopl work there. I got the schedule that I'm going to pretty much be following for the next semister. And, I'm glad I got a job with something I like. It was kind of funny, on the ticket systems, the have different lay outs of seating for the different theaters, so you can tell the customer where there seats are. The other guy they were training, needed to be explained the order of things, and why certain seats were only odd nubers and why others were only even. But I understood. It's a nice feeling.

And, so I leave you here, I have shopping to attend to. But, I do hope that you have, or are having a day as nice as mine!
