and now a moment about food

Yes, yes it's true. As I'm typing this, I am also helping myself to some fine sweet corn ice cream. I'm not a huge sweet fan, most things are way too sweet for me, and I usually thing that ice cream is too creamy. (I know, I'm a complete freak) But I like this stuff in a weird way. It has a very different taste too it, not very sweet, and very not creamy. It has the texture I love. It's hard to explain, like vanilla bean with the little specks of vanilla? Well, I love those specks, and these specks are more plentiful. I've added some chocolate syrup from Trader Joes called Moo Time, very very good stuff. Hi "rachet"! It's me, the real girl from Craigslist! Thought I'd drop in and check out your blog. I love reading these! Yes, you ARE a freak. Who likes speckly icecream?! Nah, just kidding. Now that I think of it...I seem to have a preference for speckly desserts. Speckles make it look like you're getting more stuff. Alright, I guess I'm the bigger freak. :-) I'm looking forward to meeting you and your hubby soon.
